The Africa Training Centre Centre, Arusha, Tanzania

During 2008 we developed rented premises in the Sakina District, Arusha and turned it into a vocational training centre, visitor centre, and an operational HQ for our Africa projects. The centre has been giving training courses in tailoring and English language since May 2008.

Once our Cypress Hill project at Monduli is completed, the ACTC training centre in Arusha will be closed and the equipment and staff employed at Cypress Hill, which will also be our "flagship" project and visitor centre for charity supporters and tourists in the area. This will rationalise the use of resources and save the charity money.
